Order Cancellation

Orders placed on Imamoni.in can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@imamoni.in or calling +919435691245 with your order details. Cancellations requested after 12 hours of placing the order will not be accepted, as we begin processing and dispatching orders promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Non-Cancellable Items

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is received within the 12-hour window and is approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are processed in accordance with Razorpay’s timelines and policies. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
